Notice of Annual General Meeting of The Hong Kong Philatelic Society, 16th May 2026
Notice is hereby given for the AGM to be held at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday 16th May 2026 at Chinese Club (華商會所), 8/F Chinese Club Building, 21-22 Connaught Road Central, for the purpose set out in the following agenda: –
- Approval of the Minutes of the last AGM held on Friday, 23thMay 2025 at Chinese Club
- Receipt of the HKPS Committee’s latest Annual Report.
- Adoption of the Hon. Treasurer’s Report.
- Appointment of Auditors.
The full accounts will be available for inspection at the AGM and on request from the Hon. Treasurer before or after the AGM.

The Annual Dinner will be held after the meeting; the cost will be $300 per head for members and $400 for guests. Due to the limited number of seats available, please contact Daniel Szeto as soon as possible to secure your reservation to avoid disappointment. As usual, there will be a charity auction during the dinner and we encourage you to donate generously any items you think suitable, ideally but not necessarily philatelic. All proceeds will be utilised by the Society to support the promotion of philately.
